Returns & Exchanges Policy:
As each waist bead is handmade and custom-sized to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size or style after your order has been placed. However, we want to ensure your satisfaction, so please review the following guidelines:
- Sizing: Be sure to carefully measure your waist before placing your order. If you are unsure about your size, feel free to contact us, and we’d be happy to assist you.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your waist beads arrive defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will happily arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After that, we begin crafting your custom piece and cannot accept cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
If your product does not fit correctly we are happy to offer you an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and has not been damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
